• Students must by in 9th - 12th grade
• Students must be on track for a standard high school diploma
• Students must have a learning, physical or sensory disability
• Students must be in good academic standing
• Students must complete HS/HT Program Agreement
• Students must have a faculty recommendation
• Students must write a brief essay describing their plans on how to reach their career goals after high school
