The Employment Network Work Alliance (ENA) mission is to develop a "network" between employment agencies and organizations to assist disabled, dislocated, or disadvantaged workers in finding gainful employment in their community.

The ENA is designed to create collaboration effort between employment providers in the big bend area.

Each employment agency provides unique support and services required to meet the employment demands of consumers, clients and applicant.
